Since starting his practice of law in 1971 Mr. Kraft has helped thousands of people address their concerns and achieve their goals. He is committed to helping seniors and the people who love them cope with the high costs of nursing home care, and helping veterans obtain all the benefits they deserve.
A native of Waco, Texas, Mr. Kraft earned his degree in Business Administration from Baylor University and his Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Texas, the Federal courts of the Northern District of Texas, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Kraft is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys and ElderCounsel. He and his wife of more than 40 years have been blessed with two children and three grandchildren.
Ms. McLaughlin was born, raised, and lives in Irving, Texas. She serves as the Office Administrator for both Kraft Elder Law and Kraft & Associates, and is responsible for many office operations, including secretarial and staff recruitment and training, marketing, personnel management, and other law firm administrative functions. She manages our computer network and also serves as our bookkeeper. She has been employed by our firm for almost 25 years.
